HOW TO MAKE CRISPIEST AALU POHA TIKKIS in a very easiest way!!??

        Hello, everyone! I hope y'll are doing well🤗
        So as you read the title, today we gonna make some crispy tikki with aalu and poha and some of those ingredients which are almost regularly available in our kitchen. So lets start with the ingredients.......

MAIN  INGREDIENTS:

Potatoes- 2 big sized
Poha- 2 cup
Rice flour- 2tsp (big)
Gram flour- 2tsp(big)
Onion- 2 big sized
Coriander leaves- 1 cup
Green chillis- as per your taste
Garlic- 5piece


 
DRY SPECIES:

Jeera- 1tsp (small)
Maggie masala( if you have)
Red chilli powder- 1tsp
*I used these masala, if you have another you can put it according to your taste, its totally upon you.


WET INGREDIENTS:

Oil- 4tsp (big)
Water- 1 1/2 cup
Lemon juice/ vinegar- 2tsp

Process:

- First of all, let the potatoes boil and if its done rest it for some minute to cool down.

- Clean the poha also with water and rest it for 1 to 2 min with new lukewarm water.

- chopped onions, chillis, coriander and garlic finely.

- take a bowl and make a soft dough of poha and aalu that you can make a smooth ball shape.

- Add rice flour, gram flour and all other dry species into the soft dough. Mix all ingredients well and then add water.

- Make a fine dough for tikkis and put some vegetable oil onto your hands.

- Start making tikkis in your favorite shape. 

- Heat a pan with oil and fry the tikkis in a low flame. 

-Make sure that you have to fry all of these in a low flame that tikkis got properly fry from the inside as well.

- And have these yumm tikkis with your favourite sauces and chutney😀

Easiest assamese authentic 'chutney' with a local taro (species) 2min recipe only😍

Hello everyone, hope everyone is safe. So here I'm again to teach you an authentic Assamese chutney by a local species named homalomena aromatica (গন্ধচনা)
               Homalomena aromatica

Ingredients :
Homalomena  - 7,8 branches 
Garlic - 12, 14 clovs
Ginger leaves - 6,7 pieces ( if not you can add Ginger also)
Coriander leave- as per your taste 
Green chillies - 5,4( I sincerely recomend you to add chillies as much as you can, it'll really help you to cut the stinging and burning sensation)
Salt-1/4 tsp
Vegetable Oil- 4 tsp
Water- half glass (according to your quantity) 
Red lentil - one cup (shocked for one hour) 

Making process-
-pissed off the homalomena's outer layer properly otherwise the texture will not be smoothy. Cut into small pieces. 
-also roughly cut other veggies that you can easily grinned 
-put everything on the grinnd vessel.
-grinned it until you get a proper chutney texture.
- add oil and enjoy it with roti, rice or whenever you want.

How to make chole masala paneer by using minimum ingredients!!

Hello guys , welcome back to my another easy and super tasty recipe. So let's see the ingredients below:

INGREDIENTS :
Paneer - 150 g
Chickpeas - 300 g (2cup)
Oil- 2 big Tsp
Green chillies- 2 pieces (optional)
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
 Crashed green cardamom- 2 nos
Bay leaf - 1 piece
Chopped onion - 2 cup
Finely  chopped tomatoes - 1 nos
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
DRY INGREDIENTS :
Salt- as per your taste
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Dry red chillies- 2 pieces
Red chilli powder(kashmiri) - 1tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp

METHOD:

Before you make the recipe, make sure you boil the chickpeas properly.

- heat oil on a pan/ kahrai and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, crashed cardamom and dry red chilli. Let them smell and begin to change colour.

- add chopped onions and stir it for 3-4 minutes then add ginger and garlic paste. Fry all together till the end of its raw smell.

- add tomatos, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix the tomatoes properly. Then let separate the oil. Add cumin powder, coriender powder and salt. 

 add salt, the boil chickpeas and mix again (if you feel the masala is stucked yiu can use a little water also) when masala coated properly with chickpeas then add a cup water, cover it for 10 minutes. If you want to serve it as curry you can add more water according to your taste.

- add square sizes paeer and mix. Now add the garam masala and again coverd it for 3 - 5 minutes. Then open it and smell. I'm sure it'll turn out soo yumm!

          You also can garnishing your dish with some lemon slices and coriander leavs/ curry leavs.

How to make dhokla spoongy and softy using less ingredients!

Hey guys, today I'm gonna teach you how to make your dhokla spoongy and softy using less ingredients. So let's get started the recipe....

Ingredients :
 Gram flour : 2 cup
water : 2 cup 
vinegar/ lemon juice : 1 tsp
 salt : 1/4 tsp (as per your taste) sugar : 1/2 (as per your taste)
 turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp 
 baking soda : 1 tsp
 oil : 2tsp 
green chillys and ginger paste : 1 tsp (optional) 

For  tadka :
Oil : 2 tsp 
Master seeds : 1 tsp
Slit green chillies : 4 
 Curry leaves 
Water : as per your required
Salt : as per your required 
Lemon juice : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp

Preparation :
- on a bowl add 2 Cup of gram flour and also add turmeric powder.
- on another bowl prepared water to make the batter 
- add salt, lemon juice/ vinegar,sugar and mix it with water.
- gradually add the prepared  water on the gram flour and whisk it so well till turns out in a flowing consistency.
- rest the preparation for 15 to 20 minutes.
- add baking soda and mix it for 5/10 minutes in an one direction. The much you mix, you can get more spoongy and softy dhokla.
- take a kahdai/pan and boiled some water and place a steame rack.
- take a cake tin or any other stleenlen bowl and grease properly with some butter and oil 
-pour the dokla batter on the tin.
- place the tin on the steame rack, cover and cook on medium flame for 25-30 minutes and keep checking it between by using knife or toothpicks. If toothpick or knife comes out clean that means your dhokla is ready.

For tasks :
- in a sauce pan, add cooking oil and heat it.
-add mustard seeds and mix in a low medium flame carefully.
- add curry leaves, slite chillies and mix. 
-add water, salt,  sugar lemon juice and mix well. 
- now invert the dokla on a plate and remove from the tin.
-cut into square pieces and pour the tadka evenly on the dhoklas & serve!

How to make easy tasty chicken curry recipe!!!

Hello everyone!
Here I'm gonna teach you how to make chicken curry in the easiest way. Basically ,this recipe is more useful for bachelors and PG students who lives out of their families. So let's get started...

INGRIDENTS:

Main:

Chicken with bone - 500 gms
Bay leaf - 1piece
Chopped onions - 2 medium
Ginger - 1tsp
Garlic - 1tsp
Cardamom - 2 glovs
Loung- 2 piece
Lemon juice - 2tsp
Cumin seeds - half tsp
Dry cinamon - half piece 
Dry red chilli - 1 piece 
Oil - 4 tsp

Poweres:

Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli (Kashmiri)- 1tsp
Coriander - 1/2 tsp
Cumin- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tap (as per your taste)

Preparation:

-before we make the recipe you have to marinate the chicken with 2tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tap turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder and rest it for half an hour or 15 minutes.

-heat oil in a kadai/ a pan

-add cumin seeds, cardamom, cinemon and loung and fry for 1minute then add chopped onions in a medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

-add chopped tomatoes and also add turmeric, red chilli,cumin, coriander powder and fry it on a low heat till the oil get separated than add a splash of water.

-add Chicken pieces, garam masala and salt then fry it for 1 minute.

-than add a glass of water and cover it for 10-15 minutes to boil the chicken  well.

-open the cover and mix it well for a minute and I hope  you already have  smelt the yummy chicken gravy.

- Turn off the gas and enjoy it.

   To decorate your chicken curry you can add some malai (top layer of milk) and also add some coriander leaves.
